Hall Health Center (HHC) has the opportunity with a newly added Human Resources Manager position to oversee and coordinate human resources functions, and to provide expertise and support to its leaders and employees in many areas including hiring and interviewing, performance management, complaints resolution, employee orientation and ongoing training, labor relations, and leave and accommodation management.

Hall Health Center on the UW Seattle Campus is an AAAHC-accredited outpatient facility with almost a hundred staff members providing high quality health care to UW students, faculty, staff, retirees, and others in the greater Seattle community. Of the 63,000 patient visits annually, two thirds are by students and one third by faculty, staff, retirees, and others in the greater Seattle community. The primary mission of Hall Health is to support student success by providing excellent access to high quality comprehensive care.

Hall Health Center is an essential service of the University of Washington and will remain open during UW closures for severe weather, natural disaster, or other emergency condition. All HHC staff members are considered essential employees and are expected to report to work as usual in such events.
