Position Details
General Statement | The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all functional areas within Human Resources including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, developing and retaining employees, labor and employee relations, compensation, benefits, classification, and human resource information systems. The position provides guidance regarding human resources issues at the College. All responsibilities are carried out in compliance with state law, federal law and college policy and procedure. |
