This position serves as the Human Resources Lead for the Sam Noble Museum. This role is responsible for the museum's hourly & monthly payroll, managing the recruiting process, on-boarding new employees, budget revisions, making Affiliated Research Appointments, FMLA administration, coordinating annual performance reviews, performing cash audits, daily deposit logs, assisting with monthly account reconciliation, and handling employee relations. This position works closely with the Head of Human Relations and with the museum's Finance Department.

Required Education: Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of education/job related experience, OR;
- 48 months in office clerical or student services.

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Experience with University of Oklahoma systems, including PeopleSoft
