Responsibilities
Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager or Human Resources Business Partner (BP), you will provide comprehensive advice and consultation to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding full range of human resource actions. In this role, you will analyze and provide management with solutions to ensure consistent HR practices and work collaboratively with HR Service Center and Centers of Expertise (CoE) to analyze and present options to resolve various HR issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for preparing and processing HR transactions, information and data gathering and will assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, providing a high level of customer service and communication.
Salary Range:67,100-151,100 Annually
