is seeking

A Human Resources Employee Wellness Specialist

To assist the Human Resources Wellness Manager with all aspects of the Wellness Program and to represent the department in the Manager's absence. Must have an understanding of various health topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management and mental health  Ability to work collaboratively with wellness team members to develop and implement comprehensive wellness strategies and programs Ability to quickly and proficiently learn new software  Proficient public speaking skills to deliver presentations and provide wellness education Exhibits flexibility, accountability, critical thinking, and problem solving Demonstrates compassion, empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity  Proficient in understanding and utilizing various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube  Receive all candidates who meet minimum qualifications.  Bachelor's degree in in Health Promotion, Health Science, Public Health, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field; or one to two years related experience working in the wellness industry

Salary: $21.80 - $24.04
