Human Resources Coordinator
Facilities Management AVC - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (22009535)
Facilities Management is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator. Duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and track all confidential employee record and related files.
- Work with University Departments to administer FMLA, Workers’ compensation and personal leaves of absence.
- Create and submit online requests pertaining to recruitment for new and vacant positions for staff, student employees and interns, and temporary staff.
- Serve as the lead for administering bi-weekly payroll for union staff.
- Assist with the administration of collective bargaining agreements.
- Serve as backup for other Human Resources Coordinators as needed.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned, including assisting with Arrival Survival.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of demonstrated human resources experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. University or higher-education experience strongly preferred. Substitutions per University guidelines will be permitted.

Hiring Range: $26,988.00 - $43,212.00
