Anderson University’s Office of Human Resources invites applications for the role of full-time Human Resources Coordinator.  The Human Resources Coordinator conducts the onboarding process for staff, including background checks, offer letters, database entries, payroll documentation, and benefit selection setup. Key responsibilities also include assisting with job postings; processing employee status and benefit changes; assist in the managing and reconciling of benefit enrollments, to include assisting with the preparation and distribution of individual plan information, as needed.

Associate degree and three to five years progressively responsible administrative support experience required. Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills also requires, as well as MS Office proficiency. Must be detailed oriented and able to effectively multitask while meeting specified deadlines. Training or certificate in human resource functions preferred.
