Job Summary
Under general supervision, assists the Human Resources Department with various duties to help ensure that the department operates efficiently and effectively. Greets and interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills providing direction and resources to address customer’s needs. Provides clerical and administrative support, collecting and analyzing information, preparing, compiling, drafting, distributing, filing and updating correspondence, employee records and general information. Maintains the department email and phone line, answering questions and providing requested information, or referring questions to subject matter experts. Maintains personnel files. Monitors department office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Two years of administrative support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience completing detailed assignments in a deadline-sensitive environment. Problem solving experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
• Knowledge of office procedures, office management systems, ERP and MS Office 
• Strong computer skills 
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills 
• Strong written and verbal skills
