Managing Human Resource activities is challenging.   You will bring your broad experience to provide guidance and interpretation of HR processes, procedures and employee relations.   You will interact with organization leaders, staff, graduate students and faculty to guide the training and HR resources available to your constituency.  Your HR experience will provide you with the tools and knowledge to achieve the new organizational structures and service delivery model strategy.  Employee engagement and providing day-to-day Human Resources consultation and oversight will let your Human Resources Generalist skills shine.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Five years of human resources related experience

The well-qualified candidate will have more than five years experience as an HR Generalist interpreting and guiding HR programs, laws, rules and regulations. Knowledge of Workday or a similar HRIS is a bonus.
