Posting Text | USD Head Start is seeking a Teacher Aide for the Tea, SD Head Start classroom. This is a full-time SD state-benefits eligible position. Hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 Monday – Friday with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. This is a 10-month position that works from 8/1 to 5/31. Benefits include accrual of annual and sick leave, paid holidays, life insurance, matching contribution to the SDRS and health insurance. Position responsibilities include working with a Teacher and Nutrition aide to support children ages 3-5 in a preschool classroom setting. Prefer candidate with experience with young children and minimum earned Child Development Associate Credential. If CDA not yet earned, the program has funding to support employee in earning CDA. |
