In the role of HRIS Consultant you will beworking in Human Resources.
All remote work must be performed within one of the MCW registered payroll states, which currently includes: WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN,TX, and UT.
The business needs for this position may be re-evaluated at the conclusion of the outlined term and may be convered to a full-time permanat role.
Purpose
Support and maintain HRIS platforms; integrating creative technology-based solutions to increase Human Resource process and service effectiveness. Provide analysis and support of HCM and other supplemental Human Resource systems. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned functional areas and assists with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, functional and technical expertise in maintaining, designing, and implementing modifications or enhancements in support of the organization.

- Knowledge and understanding of human resources administration as applicable to a higher education setting.
- Ability to manage and understand ambiguous information and instructions in a higher education setting.
- Skill in development and documentation of operating and administrative procedures.

Appropriate experience may be substituted for edcuation on an equivalent basis
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Required Experience: 3 years of technical or project management experience
Preferred Field: Computer Science or related technical field
