The Franklin University Human Resources team is looking to fill the role of HR Work Study Assistant. The HR Work Study Assistant is responsible for providing support services for all areas of the Human Resources department, including Benefits & Wellness, HRIS, Payroll, and Recruiting.

The HR Work Study Assistant will be responsible for responding to inquiries received via email and phone, assist with the completion of employment verifications, the scheduling of meetings and events, and other administrative tasks. This position will also assist with the management of personnel files, coordination of wellness events and activities, data entry, and other special projects to support the HR team.

Candidates should posses and demonstrate strong customer service skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products. This position requires individuals be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.  

Applicants must be current Franklin University students with Federal Work Study eligibility. Students should be able to work up to 24 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 8:30 am and 5 pm. This position will require a presence on our downtown campus but may be considered for a hybrid work schedule.
