Job Summary:

Receives and responds to inbound calls and emails from employees, retirees, and the general public answering questions related to Human Resources.

 

Work Schedule:  Hybrid

 

Job Duties:

  • Receives calls and emails and provides personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the caller orescalates/routes to others who can assist.
  • Tracks all calls and emails to provide reports on usage and other related information.
  • De-escalates situations involving dissatisfied individuals offering support and assistance.
  • Guides callers through navigating the institutions' various platforms to include UT Health Performs, UT Health Learns,Kronos, and Benefit Focus.
  • Collaborate across all area of Human Resources to enhance process improvements.
  • Participate in special projects, as assigned, that enable the Office of Human Resources to contribute to the realization ofUT Health goals.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree is required.

     

    Experience:

    One (1) year of applicable experience is required.
