Essential Job Duties | The HR Program Coordinator is a valuable member of the Human Resources team. In this role you will manage the operational aspects of employee engagement, professional development, and orientation programs. Your primary focus in this position is to increase employee retention efforts and enhance the workplace culture.As the HR Program Coordinator you will serve as a pivotal link and partner with department managers and leadership, lead the PACE program, manage employee engagement interviews, and provide training programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
This role demands a high level of professional knowledge to effectively execute program administration, provide consultation based on information analysis and ability to make recommendations and decisions, and excel in communication and marketing. Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
