The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an HR Partner to join our team at the Prescott Campus. As a key member of the University's Human Resources Department, this role will work closely with the Prescott HR Director to execute various HR functions at the campus and maintain collaborative ties with counterparts at the Daytona Beach and Worldwide locations.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide strategic support to staff, with additional support to faculty and student employees under the guidance of the HR Director. Key duties include involvement in recruitment, immigration, employee engagement, retention, succession planning, performance management, HR student employee supervision, and employee relations.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of our HR initiatives. Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

- 3 to 5 years HR experience

- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred

- Higher Education experience and Title IX strongly preferred. 

- Demonstrated understanding of workplace laws and regulations to include, but not limited to Civil Rights, Title VII, Title IX, EEO, AA, ADA, etc.

- Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills to include; coaching, motivating, report writing, presentations, etc. 

- Advanced computer skills, to include MS Office.

- Strong organizational skills to include prioritization of key duties, accurate thorough documentation, which can be used in legal proceedings, and strong follow-through skills.
