The HR Front Desk Assistant will be required to answer telephones, greet customers, respond to inquiries, and perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned. These duties include, but are not limited to copying, filing, distributing incoming mail, basic data entry, word processing, maintaining and organizing files, and assisting customers in the completion of new hire paperwork. The person(s) occupying this position will also be required to assist the HR Administrative Assistant and the Records Specialist with projects on an as needed basis.

This position also provides office management support for the 40 members of the HR and Payroll staff, as well as serves as the first point of contact for the majority of the department’s customer contacts. This position is focused on excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.
