Job Summary/Basic Function

The History Department is seeking a graduate student from the Indiana State University History Department to assist with our World Civilizations courses, HIST 101 in the fall semester and HIST 102 in the spring semester.

Job Duties


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The classes will have enrollments of 75 students, and this GA will assist the professor with keeping attendance, conducting office hours, answering questions from students, offering review sessions, and grading assignments and exams for this course. 
The student should be able to attend these classes in person, be available to students for assistance, and be able to assess undergraduate history work. The position is 20 hrs/week.
