Title: Health Unit Coordinator

Location:  UC Medical Center – 234 Goodman Street – Cincinnati, OH

Department: Gastrointestinal-8E - 100119

Hours: A2 (20 to 31 hours) - Part Time

Shift: Days - AM

Primary Purpose: Provides clerical, non-clinical support for the provision with patient services under the supervision of nursing management. Prepares, maintains and files forms and reports in patient charts.

Qualifications

 

Knowledge and Skills:

 

E ducation: High school diploma or GED; HUC education from college or vocational school preferred.

 

Years of Experience: At least one year of experience; ability to type 25 WPM; class in medical terminology preferred.
