Position Summary Information


General Information
The Department of Health Sciences is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented student for 10 hours a week that will work with faculty and staff in various ways.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Provide assistance to faculty/staff in/out of classroom as needed
-Record management, computerized and manual
-Filing, Data entry using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software
-Operation of copier/scanner, fax machine
-Complete projects and any other duties assigned by faculty and staff in a timely manner
-Respect the confidentiality of the documents being handled and the department
-Be responsible, dependable, and professional at all times
Qualifications
-Ability to work independently
-Good communication skills, in-person and via various technology
-Professional attitude
-Shows initiative
-Excellent organizational skills
-Comfort with Zoom
-Proficient with Excel and Word
Conditions of Employment

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
