  • JOB DUTIES

Description

As a Health Education Specialist at the Blood and Platelet Center and Component Production Laboratory, your role will be instrumental in orchestrating program-level delivery focused on blood donor recruitment, blood collections, administration, and blood product manufacturing. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to health professions education programs, onboarding, and new skills education activities for the department. Your contributions will be essential in designing, conducting, promoting, evaluating, and supporting education programs that align with the department’s objectives. Salary Range: $64,800.00 – $137,600.00/year



  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination skills. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Proficiency in educational software and platforms, including the ability to analyze and enhance user experiences. • Expertise in data management and documentation methods. • Previous experience with health education administration and/or coordination is highly preferred. • 2 or more years of experience in blood center collections and/or manufacturing, preferred.
