General Description:


Successful candidate will be responsible for leadership, administration and coaching of a college women's lacrosse team. Responsibilities will include recruiting quality student athletes, organizing and planning practices, implementing game strategies, scouting, coaching, scheduling, budgeting and planning team travel in compliance with University, conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Strong recruiting, communication and organizational skills are all required and candidates must demonstrate a willingness to follow all policies in place by the university and athletic department. The position will have a second duty as assigned by the Director of athletics.

Education & Experience:


Bachelors degree required. Experience coaching women's college lacrosse strongly preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with experience at the NCAA Division III level. Preferred requirements master's degree, 3-5 years of experience as a women's lacrosse coach.

Knowledge & Skills:


The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with little direction or no supervision. Evening and weekend work is required.
