Job Description

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Wrestling coaching experience at the collegiate level
  • Working knowledge of NCAA Rules and Regulations
  • Supervisory experience with student employees and staff

Salary: 12-month position. Salary competitive based on experience.

Responsibilities: Proven personal and professional integrity and excellent coaching and recruiting skills necessary.  A successful candidate will create an atmosphere favorable to moral, academic and athletic development of student-athletes; be responsible for and administer all aspects of the Wrestling program; communicate effectively and assist in fund raising and the promotion of the athletic department and university; administrative responsibility as assigned by the Director of Athletics. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
