Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Head Golf Professional, under the supervision of the Arlington Club Manager, will promote and supervise all golf activity at Arlington Golf Club. The Head Golf Professional works closely with Club Manager and Greens Superintendent in golf course setup and maintenance recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma

Experience: Three years of experience.

Licensure & Certifications: PGA Class A Professional

Job Duties:

• 50% - Responsible for all golf activity at Arlington golf Club consisting of an 18 hole golf course, member driving range, Colonel Golf & Learning Center, two locker rooms, and the golf shop - ()
• 30% - Plan and administer all golf tournaments, outings, and golf leagues at The University Club at Arlington - ()
• 15% - Maintaining regular communication and a close working relationship with the Club Manager - ()
• 5% - Supports the department functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - ()
