The Athletics Department at Georgia State University is seeking to hire a Head Coach, Men's Tennis.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

This position is responsible for coaching, training and development of student-athletes within the team concept.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Recruitment and talent evaluation of student-athletes.
  • Monitoring of student-athletes' academic progress and personal development.
  • Budget creation and management.
  • Tournament and practice scheduling.
  • Supervision of Assistant Coach or graduate assistants.
  • Adherence to Georgia State University, NCAA, Sun Belt Conference rules and policies.
  • Development and Fundraising responsibilities to raise funds for the department and Golf program along with engagement of golf alumni.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Knowledge of NCAA policies and procedures is required.
