Summary:

Develops, oversees, and manages all phases of a competitive Division I National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) athletic team; coaches, recruits, oversees budget, and performs public relations activities.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred.
6+ years' related coaching experience.
Willingness to adhere to all NCAA, and institutional policies and procedures as they relate to compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of intercollegiate athletics. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Interpersonal/human relations skills. Ability to coach on a competitive level. Ability to recruit, retain, and motivate student athletes. Ability to compile and analyze statistics, and other sports information. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

CPR

Hearing: 75-100%
Standing/Climbing/Mobility: 60-74%
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 25-49% (pound: lbs.)
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75 – 100%
Travel: 60-74%
