Theatre Arts - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (24001035)
The University of Pittsburgh Department of Theatre Arts seeks two Guest Dramaturgs for the spring 2024 production of Cheating Fate . The successful candidates will work with the playwrights, director, stage managers, cast, and audience to understand the literary, social, and political background of the script by providing research, facilitating conversations, and creating interpretive materials.
The successful candidates will have an advanced degree in Theatre or performance studies and significant professional experience as a dramaturg and expertise in MENA history, culture, and theatre; prior experience working with students is preferred.
Salary range $4000-$6000.
