Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field and three years related experience in an educational or corporate setting. Relevant experience may substitute for required education.

Instructional training and technical experience,
A shared vision for the project and participants served.
MBA, Master’s Degree, or Relevant experience
Frequent travel throughout region and proof of valid driver’s license in good standing and automobile insurance is required.

Work Schedule
Monday- Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Some nights and weekend work for special events may be required.

Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Coordinates training programs with collaboratives including GROWWTH Academy and Accelerated Skills Training.
Duties & Responsibilities
Participates in need analysis studies to determine training needs and confers with management and team to address any gaps. Assists with the planning and delivery of a coordinated training schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities
Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works. Selects or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training. Reports progress of participants training completions and satisfactory surveys.

Attends meetings as necessary to obtain and present information regarding specific training programs and goals.
