Part-time One Employer Policy

This is for non-BYU students only. Must have previous BYU Grounds experience.

Essential Functions

A majority of Grounds positions available include gardening tasks such as litter removal, mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, sprinkler care, raking leaves; all include being on call to work within a team scope in assigned snow removal areas to clear walks, stairs, roads, plazas, crosswalks, ADA areas, parking lots and as necessary, athletic fields, in a safe and non-destructive manner for the safety of the intended user.

Qualifications

Must be physically able to perform essential functions listed below to maintain BYU grounds, providing a safe and inspirational environment.

Must be responsible and dependable, willing to work hard independently and with a team in a professional manner with the public and other departments.

Employee Class: 1/2 Time (17.5 hour)
