Green House - Sales Operations Intern - Student

Green House Sales & Marketing, a student-run agency at Utah Valley University, is seeking an organized and motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our team for the summer. This role will be instrumental in supporting the sales team, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless client onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about the intersection of sales and marketing in a fast-paced agency environment.

?    Become an expert in Green House’s products and services
?    Assist the sales team in managing client relationships, including regular communication and follow-ups
?    Coordinate introduction calls, ensuring you are prepared to answer any last-minute client questions
?    Coordinate the development on sales presentations on Google Slides
?    Gather and organize relevant data and insights to support sales pitches and proposals
?    Ensure consistency and branding alignment across all sales materials
?    Facilitate the smooth transition of new clients from the sales phase to the onboarding phase
?    Assist in the implementation and optimization of HubSpot, our CRM and marketing automation platform
?    Input and maintain accurate client and prospect data within HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and completeness
?    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to leverage HubSpot's features for lead nurturing, tracking, and reporting

?    Currently enrolled as a student at Utah Valley University
?    Work 15-20 hours per week onsite at Green House (Keller Building 106)

?    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both clients and internal team members
?    Proficiency in Google Business Suite
?    Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
?    Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
?    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
?    Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
?    Positive, proactive, on-time, and on-target
