Green House Sales & Marketing, a student-run agency at Utah Valley University, is seeking an organized and motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our team for the summer with potential to continue after the internship. As a Content Writer, your words will be the driving force behind our promotional efforts, both for Green House itself and special projects. Summary of Responsibilities

?    Develop high-quality written content for various marketing and sales collateral, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, social media content, and advertising materials
?    Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with Green House's brand voice, values, and objectives
?    Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market insights, and client requirements to inform content creation and ensure relevance and accuracy
?    Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to Green House's digital platforms
?    Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency in style, tone, and messaging, as well as ensure grammatical accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
?    Stay updated on emerging content marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously enhance Green House's content strategy and delivery
?    Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail


Minimum Qualifications

?    Currently enrolled as a student at Utah Valley University
?    Work 15-20 hours per week onsite at Green House (Keller Building 106)


Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

?    Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role
?    Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and the ability to generate original, engaging content ideas
?    Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
?    Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences, platforms, and communication objectives
?    A solid understanding of content marketing principles, SEO strategies, and digital marketing trends is a plus
?    Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
?    Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
?    Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
?    Positive, proactive, on-time, and on-target
