The Graduate Recruitment Specialist is responsible for day-to-day execution of recruitment tactics for the GPH Office of Admissions. The Specialist is responsible for managing student employees who support the recruitment & admissions enterprise; planning & leading graduate recruitment events (both in-person and virtual); hosting on and off campus events; meeting one-on-one with prospective students; and participating in admissions operations. The Specialist also assists with developing marketing and recruitment materials for graduate programs and planning diversity recruitment. The Graduate Recruitment Specialist will also play an active role in the admissions operations and application processing for NYU GPH.

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
Required Experience:
2+ years Admissions or related student services experience.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years Admissions and recruitment experience in a graduate or professional school; experience at a school or program of Public Health.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to market diverse programs and serve as a liaison between admissions and academic program officers. Ability to demonstrate effective and successful contributions to team and/or cross-functional team objectives. Contributes fully to an effective team environment; demonstrates willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals. Demonstrated written communication skills. Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience with Slate CRM and SOPHAS or comparable common application system (CAS) is desirable.
