Position Summary
The Athletic Department at Bryant University Invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant in Webcasting/Production. Bryant University Is an NCAA Division I program, sponsoring 25 varsity sports, and is a member of the America East Conference, CAA, Southland, and East Coast Conference. This position reports to the Director of New Media.
This position requires availability on nights and weekends.
Graduate Assistant compensation includes full tuition waiver, housing, and a $1,500.00 stipend per semester. Graduate School is a 2-year part-time program beginning August 2024 – August 2026. Appointment starts August 1, 2024 (subject to acceptance into Bryant Graduate Programs).

Principal Accountabilities
The person appointed to this position will, in conjunction with the Director of new Media, be responsible for all video content, both live event broadcasts and, but not limited to, promotional video, highlights, and department promotions. The Webcasting -Production GA will be responsible for overseeing video content creation for display on Daktronics video scoreboards using show control platform. The Webcasting – Production GA will be Involved with the hiring of student staff to assist with all video content, including broadcasts and other video content including working with marketing, sponsors, and ticket department. Develop archiving system of broadcasts and video content for future accessibility.
Qualifications
Requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited Institution and acceptance Into a Bryant Graduate program. Experience playing or coaching field hockey; Knowledgeable about field hockey skill and tactics; Experience supervising or managing young adults; Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to travel and work weekends, evenings, and other nontraditional schedules.
