Scope of Job | The College of Education and P-16 Integration is seeking to hire master’s and doctoral level students to be employed as research assistants throughout the 2021-2022 academic year (Fall and Spring). Research Assistants serve to support faculty with their research. In addition to providing financial support to graduate students, the position of RA provides the opportunity for mentoring by faculty as students learn how to conduct research by participating in actual research projects. RAs are assigned to specific research projects and will work directly with the faculty who are conducting those projects. Research Assistants’ work time should be spent on research-related work. Duties will vary depending on the project and assigned research/scholarly functions, or other creative aspects. Examples of research-related work include: Completion of Human Subjects Protection Training
