Job Summary: |
The primary role of the Program Manager for Graduate and Postdoctoral Career Development (“The Program Manager”) in the CU Anschutz Medical Campus Graduate School and Postdoctoral Office is to support graduate students’ and postdoctoral fellows’ career development and entry into the job market. The “Program Manager” will manage all aspects of the Career Development Office’s career programming (organization, promotion, evaluation), assist with workshop development, facilitation, and individual career coaching, and utilize technical platforms (e.g., Handshake) and social media to advance our trainees’ career readiness and career transitions. To succeed in this role, it is imperative to possess high emotional intelligence and demonstrate a deeply held commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range ) for this position has been established as $61,830-$78,649. The above salary range (or hiring range ) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
