Description of Work
The Graduate Admission Coordinator works closely with the Assistant Dean of Graduate Enrollment to ensure a seamless experience for applicants as they proceed through the admissions cycle, from inquiry to enrollment. Primary responsibilities include leading the graduate admissions function, ensuring the timely handling and processing of application-related documents, preparing reports for statistical analysis, assisting prospective students with the application process and, advising the Assistant Dean of time-sensitive matters and process improvement opportunities.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with more than four years of data processing experience in large organizations. Experience using PeopleSoft and CollegeNet to process admission. Over one year of experience processing international graduate admission as a Designated School Official. Familiarity with and experience implementing UNL Graduate Studies policies.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree (in progress or completed) is preferred. Experience advising organization leadership about noticed trends and evidence-based needs. Advanced experience using CollegeNet to process graduate admission. Experience communicating functional needs to technical support teams and other outside technical support entities.
