Graduate Administrative Professional, Office of Instructional Technology

The Office of Instructional Technology is responsible for assisting faculty, staff, and students with technical concerns and training for Brightspace, Lecture Capture tools (Camtasia, Kaltura), Web Conferencing (Zoom), Accessibility training (tagging documents and captioning), as well as providing weekly email and social media updates to the campus community.

As an OIT graduate administrative professional, you will work with faculty, staff, and students to help troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns regarding PNW supported instructional software.  You will also be required to work individually and/or in a group setting to troubleshoot and problem solve first- and second-line technical issues by assisting clients in the Virtual Help Desk, answering the phones, greeting customers, or responding to email requests.  Other tasks may include creating documentation, organizing data using Excel, or making flyers/handouts in Office, Google, or Adobe.  You may be required to work remotely or on campus
