The Department of Government at Cornell University invites applications for a full-time Visiting Assistant Professor to begin July 1, 2023, and continue through June 30, 2024. Candidates must have an active research program in the field of political science and demonstrated proficiency in teaching introductory data science or quantitative methods courses to undergraduate students, as well as introductory quantitative methods or statistics course to PhD students in the field of political science. A Ph.D. is required no later than June 30, 2023. Pay Range:   $80-$95K

Pay Ranges: The hiring rate of pay for the successful candidate will be determined considering the following criteria:

·         Education level to the extent education is relevant to the position.

·         Academic Discipline (faculty pay ranges reflects 9-month annual salary)
