Physical Requirements
Lifting, pushing, pulling objects up to 50 lbs., sitting/standing for long periods of time. Sitting at computer workstation for extended periods. Repetitive motion.
Shift
Day shift. Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Shifts may vary during new resident orientation.
Job Summary
The Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME) is seeking a Business Administrator to maintain oversight on all billing, receivables, and resident/fellow payroll and benefits.
Monthly cost center reconciliations needed to ensure account accuracy. Oversight and assistance as needed with all resident/fellow HR onboarding requirements and bi-weekly payroll for residents and fellows.
This position reports to the GME Associate Director/UKHC and will have a dotted-line reporting structure to the Chief Financial Officer/UKHC.
This position should be well informed of new UK financial policies/processes and educate staff as necessary to keep GME in compliance.
