The University of Dayton's Education Abroad & Away team invites qualified applicants to apply for our Global Advisor & Operations Coordinator opening! The Global Advisor & Operations Coordinator advises students on all short-term (winter, spring break, and summer) global programs, scholarships, and identity-related questions. The Global Advisor & Operations Coordinator is responsible for all application review for short-term programs, as well as student pre-departure sessions. They also serve as the liaison for short-term programs that are offered by centers and offices outside GIA. The Global Advisor & Operations Coordinator serves as the “super user” for the Terra Dotta (Studio Abroad) software system, including the processing of domestic student group travel, and the review of all individual international travel. They also co-manage the annual Education Abroad Fair. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Education Abroad & Away, within Global and Intercultural Affairs Center. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree and two years related professional experience OR a Master’s Degree and one year of related professional experience. (Professional experience can be in a student work or intern capacity.) |
Preferred Qualifications: |
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: At least one year experience as an administrator of Terra Dotta (Studio Abroad) or similar database. |
