Job Description Summary:
Function as a staff physician in the Department of Neurology. Duties at KU will involve assisting in the general neurology clinics, Hospital rounds, teaching medical students and neurology residents,
and fellows.

Education:
MD or foreign degree equivalent to an MD
Work Experience:
Two (2) years of training in a neurology program.
Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Good written and oral communication skills.
Job Duties:
As a staff physician, this position will support the Department of Neurology as follows:
Assist in the general neurology clinics, hospital rounds, teach medical students, and neurology residents and fellows.
Supervise neurology residents in the hospital wards and in the general neurology clinic.
Perform monthly resident continuity clinic supervision.
Teach medical students on the wards and in clinic and provide occasional lectures to medical students.
Pursue scholarly activity in the areas of general neurology disease.
Meet with patients in the outpatient neurology clinic.
Other duties as assigned.
