General Maintenance - The Villages Association, Inc. (Freehold)

A homeowner’s association is looking to hire two part time employees for approximately 20 hours per week.
-This is a general maintenance position and tasks include, but not limited to, gutter cleaning, general landscaping, preventative maintenance inspections, pool trash removal, janitorial, assist other maintenance personnel with concrete or structural jobs, etc.
-Some inspections are done under buildings, in the crawl space, so must be willing and able to access this area.

Qualifications

A background check is required. Driver’s license is required. Golf carts will be used to get around the large property of 671 homes. Starting pay is minimum wage. A performance review will be done after 3 months and a raise considered, based on performance. We are a senior homeowner’s association with two full-time maintenance persons on staff and a management company with one full-time manager and administrative assistant. The part time maintenance staff will be in addition to the current staff to handle smaller tasks or assist.
