Weekdays, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Job Summary
This position will greet visitors and students coming in for advising appointments, and is responsible for notifying the appropriate staff member of their arrival via Microsoft Teams. This position is also responsible for making sure students who come in for advising appointments check-in using the provided QR code, connecting students to advisors via Zoom, mail pick-up, on-campus errands, and answering/transferring incoming phone calls to the main office line.

Microsoft Teams, Zoom, good communication skills, dependable.

Preferred Education/Experience
Communication Information major, but all are encouraged to apply.
