Job Summary/Responsibilities | Duties include but are not limited to: · Assist in the day-to-day management and operation of the Men’s Soccer team · Perform, as needed, all duties assigned by Coaching staff · Work closely with Coaching Staff to maintain organization of equipment and gear of team · Complete designated office hours as assigned by Coaching Staff (creating documents, organizing files, logistic planning for team travel) · Perform traditional managerial duties (i.e. equipment, laundry, hydration, etc). · Observe or perform administrative duties during practice or competition (e.g., track statistics, run clock) · Network and assist in maintaining positive relationships with department personnel on behalf of the program (marketing, administration, communications, facilities) · Assist with implementing community service opportunities for the team |
Required Qualifications | Excellent organizational, planning, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Must be a current or incoming full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) eligible for and accepts FWS funding. Ability to work collaboratively with others or independently as the situation requires Be available for nights and weekend practice/games as needed Knowledge of Soccer rules/guidelines is helpful |

Statement(s) of Understanding Definition | The holder of this position is responsible for any NCAA and Atlantic Sun Conference bylaws and guidelines that a member of the UNF Athletic Compliance Department provides in addition to all UNF regulations. The individual must also assure that NCAA, Conference and UNF regulations are followed to the best of their knowledge and any violations thereof are reported to UNF Athletic Compliance. |
