Job Summary/Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
Assist the Senior Broadcast Engineer with the operations of the School of Communication TV studio, equipment, inventory and student equipment leasing/cleaning.
Secondary responsibilities include:
Serve as student assistant for the School’s editing lab working with students to solve issues related to Premiere Pro video editing programs, and others. Serve as Television Director for the Adv. Multimedia Storytelling “Inside Jacksonville” show and assist in the production of “Inside Swoop” and “CommConnect” productions.
Required Qualifications
Must be a current UNF student who is FWS eligible.
Non-Linear editing proficiency, preferably Premiere Pro. Knowledge of other editing software helpful. Flexible availability. General TV production skills, Directing skills, and ability to work with office management processes after training.
Preferred Qualifications
RTV 3220c, JOU 3342, ESPN or Spinnaker TV experience a plus.
