MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Degree Requirements: Master’s Degree in Biology required.

Work Experience Requirements: Experience working in Biology field

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS

• Provide instruction with the focus on teaching and learning to help assure students I each class successfully meet all course outcomes and classroom objectives.
• Participate in professional development activities that develop and enhance teaching and facilitation skills.
• Participate in campus wide initiatives in support of recruitment, retention and graduation goal attainment including but not limited to, monitoring, adjusting (when needed), and assessing classroom program retention/graduation and meeting with program advisors on a regular basis to discuss student performance and academic concerns.
• Fulfill all administrative duties related to instructional responsibilities

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Bryant & Stratton College, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
