Minimum Hiring Annual Salary:

$51,580.00

Maximum Hiring Annual Salary:

$54,159.00

To attain the maximum annual salary, employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus:

  • 5 (five) years of additional applicable work experience and/or degrees higher than minimum qualification degree. Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience.

The stated salary amounts are not guaranteed in the event employment ends with Aims during any fiscal year.

Job Description:

The Fulfillment Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing the day-to-day activities of the Corporate Solutions department. This position involves collaborating with various areas to streamline processes, manage resources, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role coordinates logistics, hires, trains and supports part time instructors and subject matter experts, organizes curriculum and the development of training courses as well as the materials and resources for the delivery of these courses.

Resource Allocation:

  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support the organization's objectives

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Following data analysis, present findings to the management team for data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement new solutions within existing customer base

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with vendors and corporate functional teams to ensure business objectives are achieved within company policy
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through solid relationships, service levels, and quality

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records, create reports, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive improvements.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting, ensure proper billing
  • Maintain Course Syllabi
  • Prepare and manage all paperwork
  • Using a collaborative approach, continually evaluate, measure, and develop strategies to refine processes to improve service, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Incorporate LEAN practices and methodologies within the facility
  • Ensure company procedures, policies, and culture are executed and practiced effectively
  • Ensure company compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

Project Management:

  • Lead or support projects related to process improvement, system implementation, or other operational initiatives.
  • Coordinate all delivery logistics, schedule, adjuncts, etc.
  • Supervision & selection of Part Time Instructors
  • Responsible for the coordination of design & implementation of curriculum.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, human resources, and sales, to align operational processes with business goals.
  • Partner with sales in support of new customer solutions, pricing, facility tours, and customer presentations
  • Work collaboratively with peers and multiple facility leaders to align support team activities to optimize our LEAN, quality assurance, business intelligence, and training initiatives
  • Develop and implement support team initiatives that align with our strategic company and regional road map(s)

Other Duties as Assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, plus three (3) years of operations experience in a multi-project fulfillment business environment or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • This position requires the use of a company vehicle and/or personal vehicle for business travel. The selected candidate must successfully pass an MVR and be insurable under Aims insurance.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to meet and exceed client demands

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate solutions, adult education or similar educational program delivery support
