Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is general front office duties. Answer phones, schedule appointments, handle walk-ins, scanning documents into our database, typing documents, copy/filing, maintaining session rooms cleanliness, shredding and running campus errands. Data entry into computer scheduling program. Other various duties may be assigned by the Counseling Services staff.

Required Qualifications

Seeking a Graduate Student with experience in customer service work or an equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training to work with potentially stressful situations and/or persons in crisis. Ability to handle multiple job assignments. Skill in using Microsoft programs and must be able to multi-task.

Teamwork is required; adherence to confidentiality guidelines strictly enforced (will be asked to sign an Employee Confidentiality Agreement); some independent judgement, strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills.

All candidates must be available to work the following schedule:

4:30 pm to 8 pm

4:30 pm to 8 pm

8:00 am to 12:00 pm AND 4:30 pm to 8 pm

4:30 pm to 8 pm

9:00 am to 5 pm
