University Counseling Center Student Receptionist Position
Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls on a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling counseling appointments
- Filling out excel spreadsheets
- Scanning documents into electronic medical record system
- Taking messages for counselors
- Assisting the office manager with other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a student that can work during the Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters.

---
Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
Must attach Spring, Summer, and/or Fall 2024 class schedule.
Skills:
Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, multi-line phone system, and scanning.- Ability to multi task and stay organized.
- Friendly and attentive.
Advertised Physical Requirements:
- Might need to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to engage in repetitive motions; grasp objects with fingers or hands.
- Communicate, including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others.
Department Preferences:
- Previous experience in an office setting.
