Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Train on financial aid rules and regulations. Work with the Banner System to access financial aid information. Meet with parents and students one on one in orientation appointments to talk about their financial wellness. Answer departmental e-mails. Assist students at the front desk when needed. Follow-up communication with students.
