Join The University of Dayton as a Financial Operations Coordinator! The Coordinator of Budgets and Financial Operations plays a key role in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Division of Student Development. This position will assist in the planning and development of budgets; interpret, monitor, and analyze information related to financial and human resource operations; coordinate staff position control, including compensation; resolve problems that would impact the fiscal position of the division and its staff members; and perform advanced and confidential duties requiring broad experience and knowledge of the University's policies and procedures. The Coordinator of Budgets and Financial Operations will regularly provide staff with updates and interpretation of policies and procedures, including developing educational and training materials. This position will coordinate staff compensation matters and maintain and protect the confidentiality of personnel and compensation information. This position will resolve administrative issues by gathering feedback, analyzing information, identifying and communicating solutions, answering questions, and fulfilling requests. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's degree OR two (2) or more years of experience in accounting or finance. |
Preferred Qualifications: |
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: Master's degree OR five (5) or more years of experience in accounting or finance. |
